Kaitlyn Rodgers has served in a variety of roles since the founding of ABA Services in 2005. As a true entrepreneur, her organizational skills and strategic way of thinking make her capable to take on any administrative or supportive role. These skills have helped her thrive as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer and a critical part of the Executive Management Team.
In this role, Kaitlyn leads the company’s growth strategy including portfolio alignment, commercial partnerships, and strategic planning. She is responsible for the company’s business development efforts and ensuring the company is positioned to serve its customers and their overall design missions.
Kaitlyn partners with the Executive Management Team, project managers, and project coordinators to drive the company’s overall strategic direction. Her passion and dedication is focused on expanding the ABA Services. Kaitlyn’s team incubates emerging technology and solutions in order to break into new markets and create beneficial partnerships for the company.
