Susanne’s extensive experience in operational leadership and business development have helped her excel as the company's Chief Development Officer and a crucial part of the Executive Management Team.
In this role, Susanne is responsible for all aspects of the company’s human capital strategy and programs. Her responsibilities include overseeing employee effectiveness, performance management, talent development, executive development, diversity and inclusion, learning, and compensation and benefits.
